Mountain Ash (Eucalyptus regnans) is one of the world's tallest forest species, exceeded in height only by the redwoods of California, USA. Under most conditions heights range from 55-75m but measurements of up to 100m have been recorded. Mountain Ashes are found only in Victoria and Tasmania.
