CSIRO Human Nutrition has created three Christmas recipes for followers of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet so that they can enjoy a low fat and healthy Christmas. The recipes, which comply with the diet, are Prawn Salad, Spiced Roast Turkey with Lemon and Herbs accompanied by baked vegetables and Hot Panettone Berry Pudding with brandy custard.

By December 2005 the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet has sold 350,000 copies. The diet was developed by Associate Professor Manny Noakes, Senior Dietitian/Research Scientist and Stream Leader - Diet and Lifestyle Interventions, and Dr. Peter Clifton, Director of CSIRO's Nutrition Clinic.
