Capripox virus disease have never been seen in Australia. But we do have several look-alikes. Delay in diagnosis of either sheep pox or lumpy skin disease could substantially affect Australia's export earnings.

'Capripox' is a training program intended to alert veterinarians and other animal health professionals to the threat of sheep and goat pox and lumpy skin disease. It instructs them in the epidemiology and the clinical and post mortem signs of these diseases. A video, support notes and slide set are all available for this program.
